All lighter shipments are subject to hazardous materials surcharge by the carrier. Lighters will ship standard ground plus a $28.50 hazardous materials charge per shipment. The charge for air shipments is $40.00 per carton. Shipments into Canada must ship via air freight. This item is classified as a hazardous material by various federal agencies and may not be reshipped or mailed except in an approved container.
BIC Graphic cannot quote, sell or ship this product outside of the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa and the Caribbean.
